It’s been more than a decade since the final episode of “Friends” aired in 2004 but fans can’t get enough of this show so they be all like reruns and streaming it on Netflix. But if the show had continued, the six main stars would be in their early 40’s and it would look much like those parent-teacher conferences than happily sipping a cup of coffee at Central Perk. Sadly, the show needed to be ended as most of the cast entered parenthood in reality. But the questions still stands what happened to the ‘FRIENDS’ cast?
1. David Schwimmer
David Schwimmer aka Ross Geller aka The Divorcer, a hopeless romantic palaeontologist who had a tough time catching his break with the ladies. He didn’t just star in the show but was the director of many of the sitcoms’ episodes. After the end of “Friends”, Schwimmer accepted the offers to star in TV series such as “30 Rock” and “Entourage” which became an hit too. And guess who was the voice of ‘Melman’ the giraffe in the popular children’s’ flick “Madagascar”? David did that pretty well. He now has a daughter with his wife, Zoe Buckman.
2. Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer Aniston who started her career as Rachel Green undoubtedly had the most success since the show’s finale among other co-stars and her looks might add up here along with her acting abilities. She got to star in several feature films — “Marley and Me”, “The Break-Up”, “The Holiday” and the most-acclaimed “Cake” among others. The lovely lady married Justin Theroux, who is an actor by profession as well in August 2015.
3. Matt LeBlanc
After the show ended, Matt Leblanc starred in the TV sitcom “Episodes”, “Lost In Space” and a number of other TV shows – most notably the spin-off “Joey” which due to poor reviews was cancelled after just two seasons. The adorable but not that witty, Joey Tribbiani married to actress Melissa McKnight, but the two divorced in 2006. They have one daughter together.
4. Courtney Cox
Courtney Cox aka Monica Geller went on to do some producer kind of work and she produced and starred in “Cougar Town” – a sitcom about a 40-something-year-old divorcee and her friends. In its six-year run the show has seen a lot of success. Cox has one daughter with her ex-husband David Arquette. She got engaged with Irish musician Johnny McDaid in 2014.
5. Matthew Perry
Matthew Perry had a lot of struggle with alcohol and prescription medicine addiction off-camera for years just like Chandler Bing, but he got all sober to put his life back on track when he transformed his Malibu Hills Mansion into a sober living facility for men called – “The Perry House”. He has also starred in the “The West Wing”, “17 Again” and “The Good Wife”.
6. Lisa Kudrow
Lisa Kudrow is the only star who stayed out of the limelight since the show ended. She created “The Comeback” – a comedy about a TV personality trying to revive her career by filming a reality TV show. Phoebe Buffay didn’t do that well career wise after the show ended.
